“Great experience in live department with the younger employee Bella the other day, she was very helpful and knowledgeable on the animals they carry, she is passionate about them and made me feel my concerns were appreciated and welcomed and she didn't rush me or anything, she was very honest on the animals and helped me select the right ones! Even though she was currently busy or helping another customer she made sure to let the others know she'd be right there to help them she was very positive and sweet and great at not only talking to the adults but my kids as well and addressing their questions as their just as important to.
