To the owner: the younger employee was kind of rude about it. "Nah, we're a sporting goods store" like I'm bothering someone by asking a question with no customers in the store. She needs to learn to be more polite. I might have shopped around for a minute and spent a few bucks if she was, since I like supporting small businesses. Since she acted like I was stupid for googling "gun stores in Louisville" and stopping by based on the results I decided to leave immediately.
I'll give you 5 stars anyways, since I don't need to bomb your reviews to give some feedback. Your hours are wrong on Google too. ??”
“Went in and scheduled an appointment with them for a re-felt and level service they had an opening a couple days ahead of time and called letting me asking if I was available and to let me know an eta they did a phenomenal job with professionalism and made the table look brand new would recommend them to anyone I know with pool table service needs.”
