He has a 30 day warranty on all sales.As we shared together some things about our personal life we sensed that Jason's family is very important to him and that he is a great husband and father.”

“I am extremely happy with the 2015 Subaru Forester I purchased at 99k miles. I didn’t mean Trenton, but we worked with his mother who has great energy. After test driving the car with a friend, it was such a great deal. He was so kind to lower the price for me, too. I know him lowering cuts into his profits so I am extremely thankful for that nudge. I drove it home 3.5 hours back to Charleston, WV and runs smoothly. We really lucked out finding this Subaru! 5 stars. Especially for the awesome mama!”
“Super nice guys ❣️ Brian who I had initial contact with was very laid back and kind. Once we started talking we learned we both loved sports but he was very polite and approachable which goes a long way in sales. I met and was able to talk to Mr Bill the owner and when I say I was blown away by his so many acts of kindness he displayed. He did not know me from Adam but he went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable in my purchase of the vehicle. He was very hands on when helping me deal with other things pertaining to the purchase of the vehicle. When I say I walked away with a smile and comfort in my heart I did just that. The best part of it all was that I had test drive several other vehicles before being led to his car lot but I was not satisfied with any of them but I kept going back to his lot looking at a particular vehicle and when I finally decided to contact him. I learned why I was led their, he's a godly man a Christian man. I know ur probably thinking what does that matter well to me it means that God led me to the right person bc they would be aligned with what I needed because God would have opened up their heart to wait for me to arrive their while in need of a vehicle. Not all sales persons a cordial genuine and patient many only want the sell and that's it. Well I didn't get that from Brian and Mr. Bill. So yes I'm giving them 5 stars. And definitely would refer them if in need of a vehicle.”

“A couple days ago I was driving up route 62 and my tire blew out on the highway, when I pull off there was no where level I felt comfortable changing the tire with a little scissor jack so I pull behind the building where it was level, I go in to ask for permission to be there, let them know my situation. Well my jack ends up not working, the owner literally gets suited up gloves, boots, a hat and jacket. He brings his floor jack, impact and sockets and helps me change my tire. You have a kind heart and it’ll definitely be paid forward brother. Thank you again.”

“I bought a 2016 Subaru Impreza 2.0 from Ted's about a month ago. It's such a cute vehicle and I really like it! Unfortunately the car started thumping and keeling pretty bad when I turned so I took it back to him and he put in new axles. The problem persists so he is going to look at it again and try and fix it. I've got high hopes for the car to be reliable for my family and I! Ron and Ronnie have been accommodating and are working with me and that makes me feel valued as a customer! Will update the review rating when the car runs smoothly :)”
