“Great bike shop, especially if you need repairs or supplies when riding the OTET bike trail in Loveland, OH. Jay and Don (manager) were really gracious and helped us out of a jam when one of us got injured, and we needed to leave our bikes there in order to get to an ER. Make sure to check them out when you're in Loveland!!”
