Mallard Crossing Apartments is a very safe and clean apartment complex in a beautiful neighborhood and great area. It is a super comfy place to live with nice neighbors. The community features beautiful walking paths, a swimming pool that is cleaned frequently, and is minutes from anything needed. Maintenance is very quick to respond to issues. The staff is incredibly communicative. Pricing is very competitive and worth every penny. It is a great community with nothing bad to say about it at all.

One of the better apartment hunting experiences I've had and that's in large part thanks to Samantha. We took a lot more time then expected but she was extremely helpful and informative. Which helped in making my decision in applying and getting approved for an apartment at Mallard Crossing.
