“I came in for a routine oil change and was immediately greeted with friendliness and fantastic service. Ultimately, I ended up changing my air filter and adding on new wiper blades because it just made sense. The service was fast and reliable .They answered any and all questions that I had. Donny, the manager was top notch! The entire team, which included Donnie, Dj & Bree (working underneath the car) were efficient, knowledgeable and so very kind.
As a woman with limited car knowledge, Car places can be a bit intimidating. However, I left feeling both comfortable and happy with the service and even the money I spent! It was clear to me, I was met with honesty and not the stereotype of a “pushy” salesman.

“Donovan's Auto and Tire Center is one of the best service centers in the greater Cincinnati area. Blue Ash is the center I have taken my old 2002 Sature VUE to in the last several years. Their Customer Service and their "I want to help" attitude regardless of the problem is comforting. Chris usually checks me in. He's friendly and interested in solving my problems. “Just took my 2024 Camry hybrid in due to a rattling sound coming from the back wheel well. Car is still under 20,000 miles and covered under warranty, so I initially scheduled with the Toyota dealer. The day before my appointment, I got a text notifying it would be $189.99 just took look at my car. I quickly cancelled the appointment and called R&M. They checked it out this morning for free, and as soon as I got home, Mike gave me a call to tell me it was done. Turns out, there was a rock in the suspension spring exactly where I heard the sound coming from. He took it out and didn't charge me a dime.
In 2021, I took my 2007 LEXUS RX350 with over 200,000 miles on it to the Lexus Dealer and they gave me a nearly $8,000 invoice of repairs which would've totaled the car. A client of mine recommended R&M for a second opinion. In a single day, Mike called me over to look at the issue. He pulled out a water pump that was literally crumbling in his hand (a piece literally fell off of it when he picked it up). A water pump wasn't even listed on the invoice at Lexus. Mike charged me $800 and I've been a loyal customer ever since for all of my vehicles. To this day, 5 years later, I still haven't spent that initial $8,000 in estimates the Lexus dealer gave me, and I've had a lot of work done on that LEXUS to keep it as a solid winter vehicle.

Then during the assessment of our vehicle they found the issue may be covered under warranty through our dealership. They called to tell us that saving us well over $1000 when they very well could have repaired it themselves and charged us. So incredible and honest and cannot recommend enough”

“I recently went to the Valvoline instant oil change in Blue Ash, Ohio. CSR. Kaitlin, topside Khevin and bottom side. Richard performed in oil change and vehicle check on my daughter's Ford Fiesta. I take all four of my vehicles to this particular Valvoline oil change facility for regular oil changes. I was particularly impressed with the quality service and value for the price that I always get this particular Valvoline Kaitlin and her team were extremely professional and worked well together and I was there. It seems less than 15 minutes and during that time they checked all my fluids. All my lights. My filters change my oil and Khevin even smelled good. My daughter was with me and we could smell this. Very pleasant. Vanilla fragrance that reminded my daughter of one of her favorite fragrances and as it turned out it was being worn by the man that was changing our oil. This particular shop is always very clean and orderly. In spite of the fact that it's a very messy business to be in, it's quite refreshing to see professional people who still maintain a high level of decorum and camaraderie and cleanliness in this type of business. Again, I recently went to the Valvoline instant oil change and was helped by Dylan, the manager and Bill the technician. I initially went there for a full synthetic oil change on my 2006 Honda Civic Coupe that has 400 $345,824 mi on the car. As they were inspecting the car and servicing it, Bill pointed out to me the correct oil level and also showed me the dipstick from my automatic transmission. Bill pointed out it was a little bit low plus it was very dark looking and when it should have been red. Bill educated me on what it should look like and convinced me that I should have my transmission serviced. I took his recommendation and had them pump out my old transmission fluid and replace it with brand new red looking transmission fluid. I'm glad Bill showed me the transmission dipstick and pointed out that the fluid was slightly low and discolored. I also had a postcard from them reminding me that I needed the oil change to begin with and offering a 15% discount. As I pulled out, the car ran great and the transmission felt smoother than before even though I didn't notice any problems with it. I know now that my car has been well serviced by professionals. I actually own five cars and I take all five of them to this particular Valvoline instant oil change. I prefer to drive older, high mileage cars that are paid for and it's because of the good service I get from people like Bill and Dylan at Valvoline instant oil change that my cars are still on the road today. Do yourself a favor and visit your local Valvoline instant oil change, especially the one in Blue Ash on Cornell Road. Store number 040082 you'll be glad you did”

“Stopped in on a whim with a super dead battery while in progress on a 5.5 hour drive for vacation. I knew the battery was a problem and already picked it up to just change it myself when we stopped somewhere on the road, but it was already pushing 5pm, tools were buried in the car somewhere. We were taking a 5 year old, 9 month old, and a 6 month old puppy, so I did NOT want to try to change the battery on the road at all. I figured I would just stop in to see if by chance they could squeeze me in to take some stress off my plate. The battery is not super easy to get to on my car, but they were able to get the car straight in, finished quickly, and make my trip MUCH better.
