“Dr. Parks and ALL the staff including nurses are wonderful! They took my dog Midnight after a house fire that my baby was trapped in. I wasnt home at the time the fire broke out. Liberty fire dept saved his life. They took my dog immediatly and all i had was a red cross card, the fire was a total lose. I explained that was all i had and they worked with me. Than they came out with food, water and dog supplies since the fire left us both homeless with no supplies. We are now housed, but their kindness and compassion as he was tramatized was so great! I will always love them for their support during a time of need. Highly recommend! God Bless everyone!”

“My cat ended up swatting my Green Cheek Conure and I truly thought he was going to die, by the way he was flopping around. I called and I wasn't even a client here yet and told them the situation and they told me to bring him in. Dr. Allen looked over him and found a small scratch on his back behind the wing (bleeding just a little bit) that I didn't see was bleeding when I was bringing him in. So, they put some powder stuff on to stop the bleeding and then gave him an injection of antibiotics. Frankie and I are so grateful they were able to get him in, because they definitely saved his life.”

And it was his first visit with the first visit of no charge for the exam with a coupon it's a great marketing strategy I mean you do have to pay if there's any meds dispensed or any tests involved but the exam itself normally I think $80 was free and you can look for the coupon online if anyone might find this helpful.. so free visit and yet was treated like a king.”

“Today was my first time with Dr Maro. I brought a kitten that had evidently been embedded deeply in fiberglass insulation for... Who knows how long. Probably weeks. I believe she was near death when she was discovered, but she improved greatly with good home care until he could squeeze us in. I'm incredibly glad I chose him, he promptly addressed everything I was concerned about, which led to the discovery of a pretty nasty abscess deep in her leg and a fever of 104. We got an antibiotic shot and a stronger antibiotic ointment for her corneal ulcer as well. The price was absolutely right, and even better, he's 5 minutes from home 🙂. I'll be taking her back to him for her vaccinations and routine things when she's better.
I really wish I would have known about him and this place a long time ago... Long story short, I had a horrible year, the final year of my dog's life, and I could NEVER get timely vet service ANYWHERE when I really, really needed it, and he ultimately ended up dying at home, which in reality is NOT ideal for pets. I'm pretty comfortable doing anything for my animals, but there are absolutely times when it's in their best interest to visit the doctor promptly. I feel confident that would have been the case here.
From the visit I had today, I could immediately tell that he is a traditional vet, the kind that I grew up with, and vividly remember taking care of any critters I dragged into their office, large or small 🙂.”
