“I had a pretty amazing experience. My car had broken down on the expressway and I got towed to one place and they couldn't help me and then I went to Belle tire. Martina was helping from the front desk and John was the repair person and they were both outstanding in their competence and kindness. Things turned out a lot better for my car than I thought. John made a point to fix the car so that I could get back home 100 miles away to the Detroit area.
I thought he did a really creative job of locating a number of issues that contributed to the problems I had on the expressway. And he recommended I contact my local repair people when I get back home with some specific suggestions.,
The car ran well and got me got back home safely. The price was more than fair, actually very generous.

“Tim is outstanding! He never does unnecessary service and always calls if he finds a problem that needs fixed, asking for customer approval before doing it. We took our 2014 Hyundai Elantra in for an oil change and Tim noticed a major problem with our engine (It needed replaced.) It was still under warranty (barely), after after a brief fight with Hyundai, we got a new engine. Without Tim's expertise, the warranty would have expired and we would have been out thousands of dollars for a new motor. Thanks Tim!”
