“I took our 2011 hhr to check out the brakes, as they were the original set. They removed the wheels and drums and provided photos of them as part of the inspection. Turns out I didn't need to replace them. They didn't just change them and take advantage of me. I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. I will be going back for any service I need in the future.”
“Great work done by Osgars! From the drop off to pick-up they went above and beyond to repair my SUV! I had a huge dent/scrape on 4 panels ($8000 worth of damage) and the expectation is they they would only repair that and give it back to me. Not only did they do that, they detailed the outside and inside, repaired a bad sensor in my tire(s) and repaired some damaged trim work on the inside of the car (both problems I had before my accident)! Will be recommending their business to everyone!”
“I cannot praise this team enough. I was driving from Cincinnati to Akron when suddenly smoke started coming out from under my hood about a mile south of the Mansfield exit coming north on 271. I limped the car slowly to the Walmart just off the exit.. they weren’t able to look at it, but there was a kind stranger there that directed me to B&B. I slowly but surely got the car the 5 miles over to them and I am so very grateful I did.I have never felt more cared for in a shop. From the minute I walked in and greeted by Bob I felt I was in a clean and safe environment, and they were going to figure out what happened. Matt asked me lots of questions, and Rob got to work on figuring it out. Nearest we could figure was the oil was overfilled and blew out on the engine causing all the smoke. They cleaned up the mess in my engine, and got me back on my way.I will be forever grateful for their kindness, and HIGHLY recommend the shop. Honest and kind people. “Very efficient and reasonable. These fellas who work here made me feel like they genuinely care about the problems I'm having with my car. I needed a power steering pump replacement and he even reached out to let me know he can get a refurbished one for a few hundred cheaper. When I went to pick up my vehicle they told me they informed me of everything wrong with it and said they wouldn't put too much money into it which was an honest assessment. I don't have a choice but to ride till the wheels fall off literally . I have been looking for a reasonable, trustworthy mechanic and kar guard is it from here on out!! “Tim is outstanding! He never does unnecessary service and always calls if he finds a problem that needs fixed, asking for customer approval before doing it. We took our 2014 Hyundai Elantra in for an oil change and Tim noticed a major problem with our engine (It needed replaced.) It was still under warranty (barely), after after a brief fight with Hyundai, we got a new engine. Without Tim's expertise, the warranty would have expired and we would have been out thousands of dollars for a new motor. Thanks Tim!”

Alot of parts are interchangeable. You go out find your part and take it back in and pay for it. There is a parts price list on line.”

When I popped in at Integrity, I had only asked for air, but the owner went the extra mile...saying "let's find out where this leak is coming from!" He quickly found the leak and repaired by tire in under 20 minutes! Very polite and prompt service, I will be using them in the near future! Topped it off with a car wash, which also was excellent!”
