“Just got off the phone. Honestly don’t even know who I was talking to. I’m currently paying 251$ for a unit + insurance. Which they are offering 144$ for I had asked for a rate change because 100$ is insane especially when I’ve never been an issue they just continue to raise the prices. I will be moving shortly and taking my business elsewhere where they care about their people rather than money.

The equipment (truck) was very nice quality, well maintained and easy to drive. When I use U-hual in the future I will definitely use this location. “I rented a U-haul here. When I returned the vehical there was a mix up with the price and I was overcharged like $50. It was frustrating to deal with getting a refund. The young guy working when I returned it couldn't figure out what to do, the other person I talked to the next day wasn't very helpful, and I ended up having to call U-haul corporate number. But in the end it was corrected. Other than that my experience was good.”
