βWent to this stylishly sweet store at Beachwood Place Mall. Saw that everything was labeled perfectly with regards to shoe sizes from small, to medium, to large, as well as casual shirts, ties, and coats, and every dapper piece of clothing available. One of the shoe ladies in the shoe department of the store was very loyal and loving in helping me with the shoe size for my black loafers. First, my feet was measured to determine my shoe size. And then, I tried on the shoes and guess what happened. The shoes did not hurt at all. By no means did it hurt. Staff and service is very nice when it comes to black loafers. That's a lot coming from a very nice business taking its service very seriously and that cares very much about its customers.β

βStore was clean and organized. My only complaint would be that they should have mobility scooters in the store for customers with mobility issues. Currently there is no way for a person who has trouble walking to comfortably shop, which makes us leave.β
βTony is the man! Great customer service!! Came in looking for a mattress after an exhausting day. Not only did Tony find me a great one. But, it was on sale!!! I've loved this big lots for years and I will continue to shop there!! Don't ever leave Garfield!!β

βHad bought a box fan that wouldn't work out of the box. I lost the receipt and expected to be stuck with it. Luckily I used my Ollie's membership when I originally bought it. Easy peasy they looked up my receipt and did the exchange for a new fan. Great customer service!β
βI went in there the other day and was very impressed. The employees were super friendly! Like, really friendlyβ¦ They were talking to me about their dogs and asking me about mine. βLast week was my first visit to this store. I must say, it will not be my last! The store has so many wonderful items for my home and small business. The store was very well organized, neat, and clean. The clearance area was also neat; no items thrown around on the floor or merchandise piled up. I originally went to purchase a comforter. They had a nice array to choose from as well as different price points. I wanted a gray comforter. I found a couple that offered the sheet set too. After looking, I found one on the clearance shelve. It was perfect and the price was perfect too! Check out was a breeze. The cashier was nice. I highly recommend HomeGoods... I'm going back next week!β

βI had been looking for a specific pair of shoes that was on the website for several weeks and could not find them at my local Citi Trends at all. When I asked the staff at the same place, they could not provide any information whatsoever. I even called all 8 or 9 stores within my area and asked the staff if they had them, and they said they did not. So I emailed corporate asking about them, and the VP of Store Operations emailed me personally to let me know that she was emailing the appropriate people to find out; she got back to me in two days and told me that there had been shipments to THIS store in North Randall and the one in Akron within the past few days. When I went to N.Randall, they not only had them, but were MORE than helpful by telling me that they got regular shipments of the item, plus it's other colors, and were extremely friendly and helpful, which I do not find to be the case at other locations. This particular store is awesome, the staff know what they're doing and talking about, and they maintain an excellent regularly updated selection of stuff I actually like, including things I didn't know I wanted (or existed) until I got there. Great experience, and my personal favorite location.β

βI purchased a pant suit. Hopefully I like it once I wear it. They weren't busy and the line was moving fast. This particular Marshall's had a wide selection of everything. Staff was very pleasant.β
β25-50% sale for Mother's Day and it was great! Cashier was absolutely fantastic and I think her name was Calandra. Her customer service is what we need to bring back the care and kindness that has been missing for so long. Thank you to the manager for understanding a Tote is a Tote.....our children vs. The Parents ???β
βEverything was very good. A bit pricey but definitely got a very good meal. Also service from hostess to wait staff was pleasant, efficient and accommodating. Look forward to eating there again .. hopefully soon.β

βHuge TJM. Found just what I was looking for in clothing. All other departments were larger than the ones here in Akron. If you need a big TJM haul, make the drive here. Staff was extra friendly too.β
βStaff is really friendly and I always find something special. Prices are good and the low prices keep it a service to the community. Much respect! Stuff is organized by color, which is the old-school way, my favorite!β

βGreat cologne section big fan of the Tom Ford fragrances I have a whole shelf at home the people at Saks make you feel welcome and they also offer free samples in the fragrance department. Plus their designer shoes are pretty nice. Although the prices are pretty high lol.β
βThe CVS in Target is the best CVS i have ever been too. the pharmacist always goes above and beyond for you. every time i have an issue with the Dr. office or the insurance company they always seem to get it right!β

βIt's not the same Burlington I remember 15 years ago but if you take your time and look you will find some gems. It's definitely a discount store but you can find some good stuff there. They have a person to welcome you as well so I see the effort. ? It's clean and mostly neat. Shoo there for house stuff. You won't be disappointed!β
