The cap on my insulated water bottle was broken. When they could not replace it, they offer me full credit against the purchase of a similar to bottle.
I decided to try super glue first. Happily it worked.

Quality is going down drastically. Cheaper materials being used. LL bean lets move away from plastic fibers! Also horrible system for paying your credit card bill. I don’t like autopay, but the website is always glitching and not working right. Been trying to pay my credit card bill for 2 days with no luck. Once I pay this off I will be canceling
