TLDR: take the extra time and go to the SOM Center Rd. UPS store.
Came to leave a review only to see every else has the same poor experience. Carried a 60 pound, unopened box to this store for return. There were no other customers but 4 staff members. The woman working (who is always visibly bothered by customers interrupting her sitting time) informed me I needed to retape my unopened box. To the surprise of no one in these reviews, she tried to sell me tape. I declined and shared that I have some at home but would need support returning the box to my car. After a long pause and seeming confused she offered me a dolly. Finally one of their four staff members offered to provide assistance. As we walked out the door miss girl said she could hold a door. Super useful!
I elected to drive the extra two miles to the location on SOM Center Rd. Believe it or not, they did not try to sell me tape and happily took my return as is.

I have been hereProbably over 30 times within a year it was the first time someone ask me a Something that was on the shoe which I didn’t have and he didn’t need. I think it was the manager who was rude asked me for something I didn’t have. It was a happy return. They don’t need this what he asked me what a rude manager, every other employee has been very very nice. This guy was a total D. Don’t see the man with gray hair/ to the owner looking at your reviews, I see you’re about a two maybe a three that’s not very good. I don’t mind you asking a question but it’s how you ask the question. Maybe you need to go to class and learn how to deal with customers that pay your salary

Disappointing service and surprising fees. If you have a UPS drop off to make (e.g., Amazon), I found the nearby Staples to be friendly, easy, and efficient.

I stopped by this UPS store on a 96-degree day, carrying a box that just needed one quick piece of tape to reinforce it. To my surprise, the employee told me they don’t put tape on boxes unless you pay for it. Not even a single strip as a courtesy.
It wasn’t about the cost — it was about the principle and the customer service. I was standing there sweating in extreme heat, clearly trying to get something shipped quickly and safely. A little human decency would’ve gone a long way, but instead, I was met with rigid policy over basic kindness.
I’ve shipped plenty of packages through other UPS stores and never had this kind of cold, transactional treatment. I was able to go to a nearby store and they offered tape with no hesitation.If you value decent service and an ounce of empathy, try another location.

Rude. Condescending. Poor customer service. I asked Patel to notarize a document for me. He said he could not, which is legitimate and I respect that. He was right. I have no issue with that. But he treated me like garbage, giving me short, terse answers without an explanation of what I needed to do to get my document notarized properly. He has lost all my future business and all the business from everyone I'm going to tell about this experience. UPS Stores are everywhere. You don't need to accept being treated this way.

I had such a poor experience at this location I brought in my own tape for my box. They kept trying to sell me another box. I was returning something back to Amazon very rude unprofessional staff. They Try to make you buy their tape in their boxes which everything was already taped up from Amazon when I brought it in very unprofessional I’m sad to see that Amazon has a contract with this company, especially at this location. A big rip off.

This store has the WORST customer service ever!!!! Patel is rude, argumentative, disruptive and unhelpful. I highly recommend going to any other UPS store for assistance.

So, I've attempted to drop off and/or ship packages 4 times in the past week, and the store hasn't been open anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour after what is posted online and on the storefront.
Considering I need to go out of my way to get there, i.e., it's not on my way to anywhere I need to go...but is the closet store to my home...it's starting to become a major inconvenience to use this location.
In addition to the erratic hours, I changed my email and phone number with an associate at the counter twice since December, and neither time did the changes take effect on my account.
There also seems to be a problem with every register that I chose to step up to, because almost every time I'm in there, the associate needs me to move my packages to the other register, or they all of the sudden decide they need to go on break.
I've given the location one too many chances and I think it's time for me to become a regular at the one on Cedar.
I'm not one to give bad reviews, but this has been ridiculous to deal with for a while now.
