On Monday, 2/26 I called the store because of a dispute I had with an online academy which was withholding a refund after they received the returned shipments on 2/13. Unfortunately, prior to calling I had no way to prove or verify this information because I lost the receipt with the tracking number for both packages. I spoke with a gentleman by the name of Matt. He was extremely kind, patient and caring. He went above and beyond his duties and call of service to help me out in this matter. It was after store closing hours, he kept to his word to give me a call back after he was finished helping all of his in store customers, simply to help me recover the tracking number and details for the returns. He even helped me to verify who signed for the returned shipment. With the recovery of this information, I was able to provide proof of the return and get the aid that I needed. I am extraordinarily thankful to have received such great care which I don’t take for granted in this day and age. Matt is an outstanding manager and employee and I was so pleasantly surprised and thankful for his exceptional customer service. I’d give 10/10 stars if I could! So much so that I willingly looked for days for a customer satisfaction survey to take and inform UPS of the great care I received from Matt, but unfortunately I was not able to locate one. However, going forward, I will continue to return to this UPS store for our family’s shipments and will encourage others to do so as well. I hope Matt stays around, and others like him are onboarded, truly one of a kind! Thank YOU!!

Rude staff. No eye contact, no hi, no thank you, no bye have a nice day. Just the absolutely bare minimum. A hand wave, a receipt, a turned back and a walk away. Take some semblance of pride in your work or find some other industry other than service to work in.

I showed up at 2:55pm and whoever was working locked the door and did not accept the return. If you close at 2:55pm, that’s fine, but please note that on your website. Thanks!!!

On Nov 22 i took two packages to the UPS store in Lyndhurst. The package were going to two different places. I received a email that one of the packages made it to the destination. I waited a few more days and the second package never made it to its destination. I went to the store and Mr. Patel daughter was there. On Nov 22 she sent the packages out. Of course she didn’t remember. Mr Patel arrive looked up the package by the tracking number of the package that was received. He found the receipt it showed the two separate packages were scanned with same tracking number. He tried to tell me I should have payed attention to the tracking numbers on the receipt. I told him no. You take responsibility for this. Why did your daughter scan same tracking number for two different packages. He never apologized and neither did she. I will never do business at this store again. Go to another store they are not helpful. How dare you blame me for your daughter mistake. I had to call around to locate the package. Mr Patel was no help.

Brought my box in with the label printed and attached for a manufacturer return. Was told they wouldn’t take my package because of the tape I used and that he would take it but “it’s just going to sit in the back and my driver won’t touch it.” Took it to the one on SOM, didn’t have to wait in line for 10 minutes to be turned away, and had zero issues. I understand having a retail side to your business but forcing people to feel uncomfortable and incompetent to try and score a sale is pathetic. Don’t waste your time going here. Drive the extra 7 minutes to the one on SOM.

I thought I would give them another try after a years ago when I had horrendous service - from losing and damaging shipped items then refusing to take any responsibility to make it right. I've been using another UPS store (SOM Center) since then without issue. Today I went in for an Amazon return, and witnessed them telling a woman she would have to pay to do the return because she used the "wrong" kind of tape, then they said the same to the person behind her and that it was "Amazon policy" - no it isn't. Amazon policy is that returns are always free to the customer. Another review earlier also mentioned this predatory practice by this business- trying to nickle and dime people. Never again. Stay away - far far away - from this particular store and their scummy, scammy employees and manager.

A huge shoutout to a manager and the staff at the UPS Store on Mayfield Rd in Lyndhurst, OH. Their prices are reasonable, service is great. They have gone above and beyond to help me send back packages and with shipping. I 150% recommend this store. Great customer service!

Thief owner his employee charge me for 2 shipping labels and I use only one and didn't ask for refund for second label and I mention np I will use this label for my next trip and owner was right there and didn't offer any refund soon I came after one week with second box he rudely decline to give me my paid label and he still remember I paid for it.Owner is very Rude and I don't suggest anyone going there!!

Two times they charged me for Saturday delivery, and two times they didn't get my package there until Monday, then refused to provide any sort of refund for the error and blamed me for not double checking their work. When I'm shipping on a Friday, and pay $130 to send a report to my boss, and it says NEXT DAY AIR EARLY AM, I expect it to be there NEXT DAY. The owner just said it was "my error" for not catching his "human error". Terrible customer service. Will never ship here again. Unreliable at best. Do yourself a favor and go to Fedex.
