“The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, when it comes to alignments they sre the go to people to go to, they know what they are doing, i went to one place to have vehicle aligned and my vehicle wasn't steering correctly so i went here because alignment was still not the way it should be and they solved the problem and corrected the alignment.
My only complaint is that gett an appointment isn't fast as they really book out cause they get so much work.
I would like to be able to book an appointment and get in within a couple days and be able to wait to get vehicle done but they prefer you to drop it off and pickup when there ready, and for a person with only one vehicle it can make it challenging getting back and forth.”

“I had a very bad accident almost two weeks ago and these people helped me out by securing my totaled car. Unfortunately, I'll have to wait a little longer before I can get my things out of my totaled car. However, it's OK. I'm just thankful for these guys and being alive.
Update. I got my lucky pillow and I am thankful for Brett's towing and the Fulton County Sheriff's Department.

“Wow, I must say that from beginning to end, the communication has been nothing short of excellent. Yes, we experienced some delays in repairing the truck, but they kept me informed throughout the process. I never felt frustrated or annoyed; the atmosphere in the office was filled with positive vibes. When I went to pick up my truck, it had been detailed, and the staff even took the time to clean the windows for me. While I’m not proud of having been in an accident, I am proud to have chosen the best body shop in NW Ohio for my truck repair. I truly appreciate everyone in that office and shop!
