“Just had my third body work done since 2013. In all three times they have been consistently excellent. What I appreciated most as an out of pocket self pay customer is that in each time they were able to save me unnecessary extra cost by fixing minor things without compromising quality where others said they need to replace these expensive parts. Today I noticed front bumper sensor was beeping more often than previously before repair and was somewhat wobbly in its socket. I stopped at the store half hour before they closed. Frank was the only one left getting ready to leave. I offered to come later but he insisted on taking care of it right then. It took him twenty minutes and a big abrasion on his forearm and it was all perfectly fixed. This is the old fashioned way of doing business. Skilled, honest, advocate on your behalf and take care of the job all the way.

“Mike did an excellent job fixing a pretty bad scratch on my door. Another body shop said the entire door and surrounding doors had to be painted and was going to cost a fortune but Mike said he could make it look like the scratch was never there without having to repaint half the car. It looks amazing and was done in just a couple of days and at a fair price. There aren't a ton of reviews of KEI on Google but if you check out any of the Chagrin Falls FB groups, there are hundreds of people recommending his work. I won't go anywhere else in the future. “Jon's garage is the absolute best. I had him do some paint and other touch-up work, as well as a ceramic coating on my Camaro over the summer. He provided weekly updates and gave a clear price for the work. Once I saw the car in-person after he finished I was impressed to say the least. He did an excellent job of matching the original paint, and the ceramic coating he applied gave a nice breath of life to the existing paint. This guy is the real deal when it comes to anything automotive or body-work related. I would absolutely recommend Jon and any of his other services to a friend.”

“Caliber Auto Body’s customer service from start to finish was top notch. Ray’s communication and overall assistance in providing a quote and setting expectations was exemplary.
We needed some front body work on our RAV4 due to small accident and we found Caliber. They ordered the parts got the car in and fixed it and had us back on the road within 2 weeks and the technicians did a fantastic job!

The tree branch left a dent in in the A pillar, and while it looked tiny, it wasn't so simple to fix. “Corey and his team at Midtown Auto are fantastic. My 2003 Cadillac DHS was in an accident and had a crease down the entire passenger side. Corey’s customer service skills were superb. He was quick with his competitive quote, accommodating to my schedule, and straight up honest with me. While assessing my car he told me up front that the side trim is fragile and could break. I understood that they might need replaced and I appreciated him letting me know about the possibility of an additional cost. Corey and his team completed the job in a timely manner and I couldn’t have been more impressed. His love for cars and craft showed in his work and he was able to salvage the trim. Midtown Auto was easy to work with and I will definitely being going back. If you are in need of good body work these are the guys. You won’t regret it.”

“They are a great group of guys over there. I can’t say enough good things about them. I was referred to them by my mechanic. It was a pretty simple fix for the hinges on my trunk and they went above and beyond and did an amazing job. They even touched up a little ding in my side door and fixed a loose panel by the bumper without saying a word about it. I planned on getting it detailed when I got it back but they cleaned it inside and out and polished the wheels.
I went from Parma to Macedonia to find this place and I will not go anywhere else. There are probably 50 shops closer and I will drive past them to go to Highland every time.
