“Wonderful experience at KEI when needing my brakes and rotors replaced and a few other minor fixes with my car. The estimate price that they sent me through email was originally a bit steep for me since I’m on a budget, so I told them I was needing to save a bit and have a few things removed from the original estimate. Mike was so easy to work with and made the price go down to where it was reasonable and comfortable for me to afford!
As a woman, car places are usually intimidating to go to and I’ve had many bad experiences in the past, but this place made me feel right at home and made me feel like they actually care about their customers and are not in it for a money grab but instead for the right reasons as an honest business.

“Rick and John Hudak operate Village Auto Body with outstanding service lauded by their customers and insurance carriers alike. They pride treating vehicles from cosmetic issues to major collision. Though Rick and John run a run a tight operation, customers come to appreciate the special consideration and support they are accorded. It is their intent to go that extra mile to make sure everyone is satisfied. Although they repaired my Mazda CX9 hail-damage just fine, Rick was instrumental in addressing some additional regarding rear view mirror correction and moon roof channel clearing as part of my overall hail damage repair job. By principle, he included some issues without additional charge which spoke volumes about integrity and reputation at Village.
More recently, my dealer told me to bring my car in to have an interior handle repaired. Instead, my first reflex was to check first with Village Auto Body to see what their rates were. Rick took care of my issue with better results, validating my decision. I wish I could go higher than 5 stars.”

“Corey and his team at Midtown Auto are fantastic. My 2003 Cadillac DHS was in an accident and had a crease down the entire passenger side. Corey’s customer service skills were superb. He was quick with his competitive quote, accommodating to my schedule, and straight up honest with me. While assessing my car he told me up front that the side trim is fragile and could break. I understood that they might need replaced and I appreciated him letting me know about the possibility of an additional cost. Corey and his team completed the job in a timely manner and I couldn’t have been more impressed. His love for cars and craft showed in his work and he was able to salvage the trim. Midtown Auto was easy to work with and I will definitely being going back. If you are in need of good body work these are the guys. You won’t regret it.”

They worked with the insurance company with the estimates. They even washed my car when the work was complete. The benefit of using them, is that they are close to rental car agencies, which I had to do.”

“We just got our Dodge Charger Daytona back after a few weeks of repairs and it was in great condition. The team made the whole process such an easy part of the whole situation of being in two car accidents not even 24hours apart. They kept us up to date with text messages and gladly answered any of our 100 questions we had!
We have to go back due to a part being on back order but our babys back in our hands. I wouldn't trust anyone else.
