“I bought a phone on Saturday and changed carriers from AT&T to Verizon. I was having issues with receiving text messages and emails. I called Verizon and they said the set up was incomplete and they needed the AT&T transfer PIN. I went to the AT&T store, and was on hold and on the phone with AT&T for over 40 minutes. Finally, they said they couldn't help me. UGH! SO.... I went to Best Buy, where I bought the phone, and was really angry by that time. Michael was awesome. He calmed me down from actually wanting to be THAT woman, and he was so patient. He called both Verizon and AT&T, and between all 3 of them, my phone is up and running again. I really appreciated Michael's kindness and calm attitude. He's definitely an asset to this location. Thank you.”

“Great place to do business with! I absolutely love the customer service. I ordered a build without a power supply, and when I got it I could not get it to turn on. So I sent it back to them and they even paid for the shipping. When I got it back everything looked the same, so I didn't think that it was going to work. Well, it didn't. BUT, after double checking my modular power supply I found out that there are 2 plugs on it used to connect the 24 pin motherboard connector to. I plugged that in and she fired right up!! My mistake totally! Great company with good prices and great service. Darn that modular PS! lol”

They have extensive donation hours and it's very easy to do. Drive up to the east (right) side of the building at the "drop off" sign and hand your bags to the friendly staff. They can provide you with a receipt for your donation. Be sure to check out their cool ticket collection! You can see a tidy display of game-day stubs from Cleveland sporting events going back 25 years. People forget them in their pockets and know you know where they wind up.”

“5 star excellent experience with PC Parts Unlimited. Here’s my story: I had to find a power supply and power chord for an HP computer since we lost it during the hurricane in Southwest Florida and I needed access to my HP computer. Called the HP store and they no longer carried it, but they gave me the name of some resell companies that should carry the power supply. Called those companies and they were stumped. However, one lady stated I should contact PC PartsUnlimited and ask to speak with Rob Rodick. She said if anyone would have it PC Parts unlimited in Ohio would and Rob would locate it. Called PC Parts Unlimited and spoke with Rob, he was able to locate the part efficiently and had it to me in a flash. So very thankful he found it. He allowed me to share the highlights of my story, and then he hit me with 3 or 4 solid pieces of advice in how to handle the collection agency with whom I was having the unpleasant experience of working with!
