Planet Fitness is a spacious and large facility with lots of equipment where members rarely have to wait. The club is generally clean and the equipment is in good shape, providing a welcoming space for everyone. Many appreciate the great value and the awesome extras for Black Card members. The staff are noted as hard workers who are always busy. However, some equipment, like the ellipticals, is criticized for being non-ergonomic and in need of replacement. A few customers have experienced unhelpful or rude service during transactions. Some members also request additions like mirrors in the changing rooms and hope for a return to 24-hour operation. Overall, it is considered a good location where people do not feel smothered by others.
Been comming here for a few years. Only complaint the staff has changed alot lately. They are not as friendly as the other staff members. Half the time no one is at the front desk.

Best location around! I love how big it is. You never feel smothered by people. The only thing is PLEASE can some mirrors be added to the changing rooms??? It's literally the only location that doesn't have them and I can't understand why!!! Other than that I hope it becomes 24hrs again!
