PNC bank is going down hill fast!! Walked into Macedonia branch and greeted by two employees standing at a desk asking if I want a deposit or withdrawal slip then offer an explanation that the only one teller is busy helping someone and it may be a longer wait. What?? Three other employees in the bank and they can’t help with a simple check cashing?? Other branches operate a similar way. Time to consider changing banks. Had good experience with Chase.

This is by far the worst PNC branch I've ever been to. When I needed assistance with securing my account, the debated with me. When I asked them about getting courtesy checks, they wanted to charge me when other branches don't. I will NOT visit this branch again until changes are made.

Bad BossesI went in to have a title notarized which takes about 5 minutes. Because I didn’t have an appointment I was told to wait 15 minutes because someone did have an appointment but hadn’t shown up yet. I’ve had notarized titles done many times and never had to wait… but okay… maybe it’s a new policy..?The lady who greeted me when I entered the building was very polite and professional.After waiting the allotted time the bank manager came out and instead of offering an apology and reason for the wait, she decided to escalate the situation by insinuating I was angry about waiting. I was already in a hurry after waiting 15 minutes and wasn’t trying to engage in a discussion about my feelings…I just wanted to get my title notarized and leave without any drama.At one point I literally said “ma'am” I just need this paperwork signed and I’ll be on my way “. She than became upset or …victimized…that I called her maam…instead of the pronoun she preferred. It wasn’t the response I’d expect from a PNC bank manager.

The worst branch ever. ATM is constantly out of service or wouldn't take cash deposits. They literally throw up your money on the floors. It has been like this at least 2 yrs yet has not fixed.

It takes forever at the drive through. I went inside and asked to see a banker . No you must make an appointment is what I was told . I explained to the receptionist it is a simple matter just need to sing one papper so could I wait for the next available banker . I RECEIVED A FAST REPLY NO YOU HAVE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT

Terrible customer service. Being an account holder, you would think that they would care. They will not do anything for you without an appointment. They will not work 5 mins past 5pm to take care of you. Steer clear of this branch!

Simply the WORST experience in the drive through and now that the walk-in service is closed, there is no choice outside waiting for seriously 45+ minutes per car. They need to get it together and move through customers faster. They don’t open until 10am and then take forever per transaction.

Great place to do business, tellers are great and friendly, greeters are friendly, feel great when I walk into the bank because everyone is so cordial.
