This location is very very disappointing. Very understaffed. Drive thru just to deposit or cash a check in a 15 minute ordeal. All identification always needed. Turnover is all the time. Management needs to reevaluate it's plan. I know for one I'm looking elsewhere.

In the morning not enough staff for drive thru windows. Other than that not bad

I enjoy going to this PNC location in always having friendly and sufficient banking. Hopefully they will keep this location open.
