She was extremely helpful, getting pairs of boots off the top shelf for me, WHILE also helping a family with 3 children get fitted for snow boots, WHILE also ringing customers out at the front. I don't know how she juggled it all, but she did it beautifully with such a kind smile, and informative answers to my questions. She made my visit exceptional. “We found some good deals on hockey equipment. It is one of the few Play It Again's that actually carries used hockey equipment. My daughter has wanted to try stick and pucks but not actually join a team so getting reasonably price gear was important. This store got us set up at a very fair price. I will be returning when she outgrows her gear.”
“This is the absolute best place to buy high quality ski and snowboard gear. Their staff is extremely knowledgeable and will make sure you are in the right equipment. Their clothing selection is also excellent and they only carry the best quality. They stand behind every product they sell and will go above and beyond to take care of their customers. This is something you will never find at a chain or big box store. Geigers is the only place we purchase our ski and snowboard gear from, from base layers to equipment!”

“I have purchased many beanbag chairs in the past my daughter and my son both have extremely large beanbag chairs. We have a 4 foot a 6 foot and an 8 foot purchased from Amazon. I wish we would have purchased it from ultimate sack to begin with. I have purchased several covers because the ones that we had were always very poor quality. I recently purchased from ultimate sack and we could not be happier with our purchase. They are durable extremely soft. The zippers will definitely last and not break. The colors are bright and the field is amazing. My kids are happy and so am I.”
“Store was clean, only one associate seen for the entire store. Shoe boxes appeared to be organized well. Men's sizes are heavily stocked on sizes 9-11, anything outside that range was a struggle to find (I wear large 8.5 to 9 depending on manufacturer. Compared prices against the Internet. Prices are competitive with other shoe stores online. Amazon came in 3-4 dollars less on 3 exact matches. Worth it to me to be able to try on and walk around in.”
“I ordered a new ball and it was there the next day. I had it drilled and grips put in while I waited. I brought in my old ball to compare for drilling. I was told he could refinish the old ball. I came in to pick it up the next day and was amazed to see my old ball looking like new! They do great work and will recommend them to everyone.”
“I recently purchased several boxes of 700-grain .50 Beowulf ammunition from Steinel and was very impressed with their customer service. Their website was easy to navigate, and ordering was simple. My order was processed and shipped quickly.
When the package arrived, the box had broken open during transit and some cartridges were missing. I called Steinel and the owner answered right away. After explaining the situation, he immediately assured me they would make it right.
He asked for photos by email and responded the same day. He explained they would improve their packaging and promptly resent the missing ammunition.
Their team is knowledgeable, helpful, and clearly cares about their customers. The ammunition itself is excellent quality and performed flawlessly after shooting several boxes.
Steinel has earned me as a returning customer. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality ammunition and outstanding customer care.”
