“My compliments are for Tammy who was working this afternoon (Nov 13th 2022). She was extremely helpful, getting pairs of boots off the top shelf for me, WHILE also helping a family with 3 children get fitted for snow boots, WHILE also ringing customers out at the front. I don't know how she juggled it all, but she did it beautifully with such a kind smile, and informative answers to my questions. She made my visit exceptional. I hope she is recognized for all she does, she is a gem. Thank you Tammy.”
“Tori was super helpful with an exchange for a shirt that bled upon washing for the first time. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for kind, helpful staff! Thank you Tori!”
“As a beginner runner I wasn't sure what to expect, but Nathan was very helpful. He scanned my feet and, I assume, gait and used this information to recommend 3 shoes. I walked out very happy with a pair of Asics Kayano that feel wonderful when I run. Very highly recommended. I will be returning with my feet for future purchases.”
“Pyramyd AIR has become my go-to source for everything related to air guns, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Their selection is outstanding, with an incredible variety of air rifles, air pistols, optics, pellets, accessories, and replacement parts from all the top brands. Whether you’re interested in break-barrel, CO2, or PCP air guns, they have something for every experience level. Their prices are highly competitive, and they frequently offer great deals that make an already excellent value even better. Recent customer reviews consistently praise the company’s huge selection, fast shipping, careful packaging, knowledgeable support, and dependable service. What truly sets Pyramyd AIR apart, however, is their incredible customer service. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been friendly and helpful, but Greg has been absolutely amazing. He has patiently guided me through the entire process, explaining the differences between break-barrel, CO2, and PCP air guns, recommending the right accessories, and answering every question with knowledge, professionalism, and a genuinely personable attitude. He’s been terrific! Finally, don’t forget to sign up for their rewards program so you can start earning rewards on your purchases. I highly recommend Pyramyd AIR to anyone interested in the air gun hobby.”
“Excellent customer service! I called regarding a specific goalie shaft, and I just wanted to drop a note to say how polite and helpful Michael was over the phone. I am heading in to grab it this week. Thanks, Xander M Brecksville Bees LAX goalie dad”
“Such an awesome store! Jack was extremely helpful and friendly! Helped me pick out two new pairs of Altras and I appreciated the knowledge. Super cool store and will definitely be returning”
“I've been working with Kristi at RDP for the past couple years and I continue to go back to her for all my team's customized merchandise. She's knowledgeable and responsive and I've been happy with all the products we've ordered. We've done online fundraisers with tons of products and small scale orders. I appreciate that RDP sorts and packages each individual customer's orders when our organization places large scare orders. Highly recommend them!”
“I've been skiing (as well as researching and buying ski equipment) for roughly 40 years. Over the years I've visited many ski shops in many ski areas throughout the US and Canada. There have been a few shops and sales personnel that stand out for exceptional knowledge, service, integrity and class. Jim Tewksbury at Geigers Chagrin Falls is certainly one of those outstanding individuals.”
“This store had SO MUCH of what I was looking for (used free weights) plus just as many new ones. The store was super clean and easy to find what I wanted. The owner was also really nice and I could tell she took pride in the store.”
“I have been very impressed with Steinel Ammunition’s 8.6 Blackout ammunition. The quality and consistency have been excellent, and every round has performed reliably. Their ordering process is outstanding, simple and fast. If you are looking for well-made and affordable 8.6 Blackout ammunition I highly recommend Steinel Ammunition.”
“It's a hit or miss sometimes on finding something you're looking for. But that can be just about anywhere, The prices are fairly reasonable some stuff is still a little pricey but you're paying for the name on the clothing. When someone asked me where to get hoodie or things like that I usually tell them to check out going going gone first. It's always worth being the first place to stop when looking for something for yourself or someone else. Seems to have a broad array of casual and athletic.”
“I have purchased many beanbag chairs in the past my daughter and my son both have extremely large beanbag chairs. We have a 4 foot a 6 foot and an 8 foot purchased from Amazon. I wish we would have purchased it from ultimate sack to begin with. I have purchased several covers because the ones that we had were always very poor quality. I recently purchased from ultimate sack and we could not be happier with our purchase. They are durable extremely soft. The zippers will definitely last and not break. The colors are bright and the field is amazing. My kids are happy and so am I.”
“Store was clean, only one associate seen for the entire store. Shoe boxes appeared to be organized well. Men's sizes are heavily stocked on sizes 9-11, anything outside that range was a struggle to find (I wear large 8.5 to 9 depending on manufacturer. Compared prices against the Internet. Prices are competitive with other shoe stores online. Amazon came in 3-4 dollars less on 3 exact matches. Worth it to me to be able to try on and walk around in.”
“I wanted to give a rave review to Ken and the staff. I had an issue with a custom order and Ken went above and beyond to help me get my item fixed in lightning speed. Thank you!!”
“I ordered a new ball and it was there the next day. I had it drilled and grips put in while I waited. I brought in my old ball to compare for drilling. I was told he could refinish the old ball. I came in to pick it up the next day and was amazed to see my old ball looking like new! They do great work and will recommend them to everyone.”
“Made a big international purchase for our minigolf course in the U.K., cannot fault the products or the service, will certainly do business with SDG golf again and a special thanks to Mary Alice for her superlative customer service.”
“Wow! Anything you need for sports you can find it here. Trying to go fishing? Stop buy and pick up a rod and reel for a very good price. Exceptional work from the staff. Thank you guys so much.”
“Nice and new. Limited choices as small store. No sale items. You pay for parking close to buildings through a parking machine by buildings. Parking lots circle the outside road area.”
“They have a decent selection of shoes for girls and women. The store was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly! Only complaint I have is the smaller selection for boys - toddler & kid sizes.”
