“They have new management fairly recently which really helped the communication and face to face experience. However, I go there to get quality service at a reasonable price. I GET JUST THAT! I think they must pay and treat their auto technicians fairly because they retain them. I could NOT be more pleased with the total experience. They don't try to oversell or push for things not essential. Keep up the good work! And, the REAL small business quality will beat the large auto dealerships hands down. “To be honest, wasn't expecting to like this place, but I did. With "free" tire repair, was expecting hidden costs and high pressure to spend money.
Boy, was I wrong. Totally free tire repair and very low pressure to buy. In fact, I felt a thing of guilt for not spending any money when I left.
Oh, I know, the business model says that free tire repair will leave a good taste in people's mouths and bring them back. But how often do you see that model work without high pressure tactics?

“They were very quick. I work in an auto repair shop and I needed 4 used tires for my Volvo. They balanced them, took the rim off the wheel and onto the new ones, put the new ones on and torqued them all under 15-20 minutes. I believe it was the manager whom I was speaking to and he was very nice and knowledgeable. They are a small business with fair prices and I would highly recommend. Gave me $20 off the tires and a 30-day warranty.”

Triple A said I need and alternator when the power shut off to my truck, I had it towed to Wheatley Automotive who checked it out and seen that something was not connected to my battery! Not only did they save me money, they also provided an oil change and observed I needed 2 front tires, which I told them to please do that work, also saving me money! Appreciate the service gentlemen! I will be back!”

Alyssa was very helpful about calling me and letting me know about how long it would take for my parts to come in and letting me know when my car was all finished. Car was towed there and within two hours, I had four new tires, balanced, with a wheel alignment, all for an extremely reasonable price. Each staff person I spoke to was very nice and very pleasant. “I took my Volvo in to get my brakes and tire replaced, at first I kept hearing them squealing, eventually I took them back to see what the problem was. Mr. Haynes understood and tried replacing them again. The scenario happened again. I took them to the Volvo dealership and they explained the pads needed to be Volvo pads. Mr. Haynes quickly ordered them and replaced them without hesitation.”
