“I swore I had written a review here already, but I did not, and I wanted to share my experience. MTS is truly amazing. They've helped me out twice now when I was in a bind and I recommend them to anyone who needs tire work done. Last year, I brought my husband's car in because he had wires showing on his tire. I got there early in the morning, and Joe took off the tire and it was a hot mess. Like I shouldn't have been driving on it bad. I needed the car for an appointment later that day, and was in a panic about what I was going to do. Joe was absolutely willing to help me and he loaned me a spare tire just so I could get to Mentor and back. But he did much more than that. He ordered a set of tires that arrived later that day! I brought the car back in the afternoon and he had the new tires on in an hour. And at a very reasonable price too! He jumped through hoops to get me back on the road and not only that, to get me SAFELY on the road when I needed a quick fix. Who else do you know that will go above and beyond for you like that? Especially when it comes to your car! Flash forward to last week. My car got stuck in the driveway, was spinning my tires to get out. Must have dug up something in the driveway because my tire was flat the next morning. Called MTS and they were booked up until the following week. With all the snow we got, I wasn't surprised! But again, I was in a bind and needed to be mobile in the next couple days for appointments. The nice lady who answered said she might be able to get the guys out that day, or possibly the next day. I reached back out later to see if they had any time, and whether or not I should try to figure something else out. I knew they were swamped so I didn't want to put more work on them if they honestly didn't have the capacity. Well, Joe got back to me that night and said he could come by early the next morning. He got there, diagnosed my problem (there was a bolt in my tire, of course), and fixed my flat tire within an hour. He didn't have to come, or squeeze me in, because I knew he was already squeezing in everyone else! But he did, and I am so so thankful he helped me out. And within 24 hours to boot! He's a real stand up guy. Actually, everyone there is. It's hard to find someone reliable and someone who is willing to help and make time for their customers. Joe and the people at MTS do it, and do it with a smile on their face. They've saved my butt TWICE now and I cannot say thank you enough. I highly recommend coming to see Joe and team at MTS for all of your tire needs. I will never go anywhere else. When I need my tires replaced, which I will in the near future, I will not hesitate to call them. I'll give them a bit more advanced notice this time though :D. Call MTS! You won't regret it!”

“Vandals had ripped my sister’s handle completely off of her driver’s side door. (2012 Kia soul). The inner locking mechanism was damaged also. I took it around to four different body shops and ALL of them wanted to do the ‘Big Deluxe Paint Job’ repair (which I did not need but they insisted). I received estimates for over $1,800.00, which is just ridiculous. All I needed was for the door to be functional.
Then I met Jason of Harman’s Autobody. He listened to my problem, agreed to make it functional and the repair price was extremely reasonable! When the parts came in, he repaired the door in record time. It looked good and worked well.
Jason made this repair possible for the money I wanted to spend. Without him I would have been forced to buy the parts and repair it myself. I highly recommend Harman’s Autobody. They did right by me when I really needed them. Jason is a trustworthy guy. You can tell that just by talking to him. His first interest is taking care of the customer.”

“This was the only shop in the area that had time to get to me same day which is why I went here instead of my usual repair shop..I came in with engine issues, mechanic could not figure out the immediate problem so my service lights were reset, this was done on monday. My light is back on, its now Friday.Now I can no longer open my hood, the latch does not function and the hood is stuck closed. My attempts to reach them by phone for the last 3 days have failed. This issue would not generally be dire, but I have recently been having some issues with low power steering fluid and must add fluid.The lady at the desk was very polite though. Gave me a chair to sit on outside as I waited. Their waiting room is closed due to covid safety. I called up on the following Monday. They had me come right in, and they fixed the issue with my hood at no charge. Was back on my way within the hour. This would have been a 5 star review had it not been difficult to get ahold of them.Services: General repairs & maintenance”

“I️ called the Auto Repair Center last minute after having a horrible experience at another repair center. I️ was extremely upset with the experience I had just had and was a little frantic. Matt was extremely reassuring and told me to come right in even with no appointment. I️ got there just before closing and Lexie and McCoy took their time to listen as I️ explained the situation I️ was having, which ultimately came down to needing a new tire. They quoted me $175 for the new tire including taxes and fees after I️ had been quoted a minimum of $300 (before taxes and fees) at the other shop. Upon examining my tire, they realized that I️ never needed a new tire in the first place and they could easily repair my tire for $18.00! The other shop didn’t even bother to check if the tire could simply be repaired. They asked if I️ was a Walmart Plus member, which I️ was and SURPRISE! My service was completely FREE! Lexie, McCoy, and Matt were all so patient, kind, and helpful. Although close to closing, they never made me feel rushed nor did they at any time attempt to “upsell me”. Their time and attention helped turned a $300+ new tire into a no cost simple repair! I️ cannot emphasize how thankful I️ was for them and all they did to help me!”
