“Took my car in a couple weeks ago due to heat not working then coolant overheating. Turned out to be a busted tube and all my coolant leaked out. They ran an engine test to make sure everything was good there and no valves were blown. Also a pressure test once they fixed the blown out hose and everything came back good. I have been driving it since then with no issues. So thankful to have found this auto shop, professional staff that won’t try and rip you off, they got me in super fast the next day and had my car fixed that afternoon. “Zapp saved me from making a $25,000. Mistake.I went to Zapp for a Pre Purchase Inspection on a used Toyota Tundra that looked absolutely beautiful. It had all the maintenance up to date. New brakes, rotors, exhaust, etc. just really awesome...except it wasn’t. The truck had holes of rust underneath the bed liner and in many major structural places on the frame and at connections (I think that the right word) to the Leaf Springs. It also was throwing a bunch of codes that involved really expensive repairs. If they had not have been so honest and trustworthy, I would be in SO much trouble. We are talking about thousands of dollars of work. Structural work. The car would not have made it through the length of my car loan. I’m so very grateful for these wonderful mechanics, especially Jim, who saved my family from a nightmare of a financial situation. Moral of the story, always get a pre purchase inspection from a mechanic like Jim at Zapp who will tell you the honest truth. I recommend them wholeheartedly! Zapp, I wish I could give you 100 Gold stars. Thank you Thank You Thank you! Your mechanics are Intelligent, honest and trustworthy.”

“In a blinding snowstorm driving home from work my wipers stopped. The next morning was a Saturday and I called the service garage to see when I could get in. I spoke with Tim I believe. He said there was a recall on my car for the very same thing. He said get here before 10AM. I jumped in the car and went. Same day appointment, who does that anymore? In and out in less than 1 and1/2 hours. They also had a recall for my headlights they fixed. All I can say is AWESOME. Thank you so much as I lost sleep over this. You guys are great!”

“I haven’t had air conditioning in my car for years. All other mechanics never took the time to look at it when I told them I had no cool air and it was more than needing charged (or whatever). When I told Justin my air conditioning did not work, he pulled the car into his garage and really looked it over. I don’t know what he did, but this air feels amazing! As of now, I don’t have to roll all of my windows down and speed outa my driveway for relief. This is probably step 1 (according to him), but It’s been a month and I finally enjoy driving in the summer rather than dreading it! *This isn’t even the reason I brought my car in.* I am so happy and highly recommend this place!Service: Auto maintenance”
