“I haven’t had air conditioning in my car for years. All other mechanics never took the time to look at it when I told them I had no cool air and it was more than needing charged (or whatever). When I told Justin my air conditioning did not work, he pulled the car into his garage and really looked it over. I don’t know what he did, but this air feels amazing! As of now, I don’t have to roll all of my windows down and speed outa my driveway for relief. “In a blinding snowstorm driving home from work my wipers stopped. The next morning was a Saturday and I called the service garage to see when I could get in. I spoke with Tim I believe. He said there was a recall on my car for the very same thing. He said get here before 10AM. I jumped in the car and went. Same day appointment, who does that anymore? In and out in less than 1 and1/2 hours. They also had a recall for my headlights they fixed. All I can say is AWESOME. Thank you so much as I lost sleep over this. You guys are great!”

“This is the best auto repair shop I've ever used for my vehicle! I was having a problem with my transmission slipping and not going into gear. I was sure I fried my transmission. My vehicle is a 2010 and all I wanted to do was get a transmission tune-up to see if the transmission was good or not. I called several auto repair shops in the Painesville area and they wouldn't even give me a rough estimate of how much that would cost, over the phone. I called and talked to Chris, the owner, and he explained everything he could do for me and gave me an estimate. It was a great estimate so I had it towed there. Chris and his staff were all friendly, kind and very knowledgeable! They found the problem which was a corroded transmission line that let all the transmission fluid leak out. They fixed it at a great price!!!
I have had a couple bad experiences with auto repair shops in the past, one from a well known Painesville dealership that lied and told me my radiator had a hole in it and wanted to charge me over $500 for a new radiator. There was no hole in it!
