“Needed to find a truck repair to fix a pto leak on a 6 axle dump truck. Called many other 24/7 companies that weren’t answering! Saw that fast and friendly were open. Met up with Mike in front of the shop and he had me back up and running literally half an hour later and I was on the job. Thank you for your service!”

“A neighbor referred us to Boyd's a number of years ago. We have gone to them since, and wouldn't consider going elsewhere. They are reliable, honest, reasonably priced, informative, and easy to work with whether it's regular maintenance or repairs. Tim and/or Andrea always fully explain the needed work and what is involved, so we have a clear understanding of what is going on with the vehicle. They have helped us more times than we can count!”

“These guys are awesome. Ever since I came back to Painesville to live in 2021 after many years on the West Side, I've been bringing my Cruze to them. Honest. Reliable. They always take good care of me. While I've had to come in the last couple years more than I or they would prefer (lol), I know whatever is required will be done right, promptly and well. For Painesville people who remember another era of Franz, this is a new era with new guys. I trust them and their work inherently.”

“I haven’t had air conditioning in my car for years. All other mechanics never took the time to look at it when I told them I had no cool air and it was more than needing charged (or whatever). When I told Justin my air conditioning did not work, he pulled the car into his garage and really looked it over. I don’t know what he did, but this air feels amazing! As of now, I don’t have to roll all of my windows down and speed outa my driveway for relief. This is probably step 1 (according to him), but It’s been a month and I finally enjoy driving in the summer rather than dreading it! *This isn’t even the reason I brought my car in.* I am so happy and highly recommend this place!Service: Auto maintenance”

“In a blinding snowstorm driving home from work my wipers stopped. The next morning was a Saturday and I called the service garage to see when I could get in. I spoke with Tim I believe. He said there was a recall on my car for the very same thing. He said get here before 10AM. I jumped in the car and went. Same day appointment, who does that anymore? In and out in less than 1 and1/2 hours. They also had a recall for my headlights they fixed. All I can say is AWESOME. Thank you so much as I lost sleep over this. You guys are great!”

“I called later on a Friday about having my vehicle looked at and was able to get me in by Monday morning and were quick to get back to me about the multiple issues going on with my car. They had it fixed that day even with a couple extra things being added, along with doing things that they did not have to do just to be nice. I was thrilled with this. The staff are very polite and professional, and I would recommend them to anyone who cares about having safe quality work done on their vehicle. I put the people I love in this vehicle, and it was not safe, and they gave me peace of mind back and got me back out there in a road worthy vehicle. I can not thank them enough!!!”

“Super friendly service, very knowledgeable and one of the very few in the industry that still offer fuel tank and radiator repair services, this place has been open for business for many many years,so glad that they still are, there's a lot of older collectibles that, unfortunately don't have those parts in production any longer and this is the perfect place to help get those projects back on the road.........one gas tank/radiator at a time!!!!”

“Worked with Jason on a vehicle we found online. He was very patient, attentive, and extremely helpful throughout our car buying experience. We live about 3 hours from the dealership, but Jason worked it out to have the car delivered to us to test drive, and ultimately purchase! I would definitely recommend their dealership!”

“I took my car in to get a second estimate. Bo flat out told me to take it to a local PDR guy. Bo said he was more interested in the car than making money. I took it where he recommended and 600 dollars later, absolutely beautiful! He saved me at least 1,800.00 from what I was originally quoted. That is rare and so appreciated!”
