“Want to give a shout out to the Giant Eagle pharmacist and the pharmacy staff. I just got diagnosed with Covid, so the Dr. called in a prescription for Paxlovid to CBS in Madison. Of course, they didn’t have any in stock. It was 4P.M. On a Sunday and Giant Eagle pharmacy closed at 5:00. I called them, they were very nice, called Walgreens and got the script from them and filled it. I picked it up at 4:30. Wanted to get this started ASAP and Giant Eagle pharmacy made it happen! The person on the phone was very friendly as was the pharmacist. Needless to say, I’m switching pharmacies! Thank You Giant Eagle!”
“Your store associate, Kim, was amazing. I had a FedEx pdf label that wouldn’t scan. Kim helped me navigate the Walgreens app to order a print of the label. Kim was incredibly helpful and PATIENT with me and made sure the order was completed. I offered to go out to my car to get packing tape. Kim offered to tape it for me. Kim went above and beyond today. Thank you!!”
