Nate took time to determine that the trouble I experienced is not a Tmobile issue but a SIM card problem instead. He performed thorough diagnostics, switched the SIM card, and was delightful to deal with. I’m glad I left Verizon two years ago!

I sent my family to this store to switch over their phone numbers and purchase new phones. Nate assisted them, and from start to finish this has been a nightmare to fix. First, I work at T-Mobile in Florida. I activated the account for 4 lines with my Aunt, and had to send my cousin with their spouse to a store in Ohio to either buy phones in store OR ship them if they weren’t available. But at worst case scenario get the phone numbers transferred and active with new SIM cards so they still had service while they waited; if they had to ship the phones. All Nate had to do was port over 2 numbers and make sure 2 new phones were purchased. My cousin and their spouse left that store with 2 SIM cards that didn’t work, and when they told him it wasn’t working he said “Oh they’re probably just locked or it will take a minute to activate”. You’re joking right? Real professional. My cousin not knowing better took his word and left the store, and I found out the phones weren’t working when I tried to contact them. I had to get ahold of them through Facebook messenger, and that’s when they told me what happened.So THEN my cousin had to go back up to the store, get their numbers unsuspended (T-Mobile will temporarily suspend your lines if you have to order phones in the store, but you CAN unsuspend them while the phones are being shipped IF the customer wants to continue to use their old phones while they wait). He originally didn’t explain that to them, and he let them leave with no active service!Dylan, the store manager tried to explain to me that lines get suspended when you order phones with SIM-only activated lines. As if I wasn’t aware of that? I know that as I’m a manager myself, but as I explained above you can unsuspend them if the customer has old phones they want to use temporarily while they wait. To which Dylan knew and yet chose not to apologize for his employee’s actions. So I told him his rep should’ve known that and shouldn’t have let them leave without active service like that especially since they had unlocked phones to use in the meantime. I fully understand that every store relies on commission, and it’s not an issue that they’d rather ship devices and not mess with accounts you don’t really get commission on.BUT that doesn’t excuse treating customers like that and having to have a store manager fix a simple issue. The ONLY reason I sent my family to another store is, because I’m out of state and even if I did port their numbers over myself they’d still have to go into a store to get active SIMS so they have service. There should be a little more accountability here with these employees for situations like this. Had Nate stopped my cousin from leaving, called RSL to get the lines unsuspended and did a proper test call with their current phones this wouldn’t have happened. Make your sales and commission, I fully support that. But don’t make excuses for poor employee behaviors and allow customers to leave with no service, because you don’t want to deal with it. I’m glad it was fixed, but I definitely don’t recommend people coming here if you can help it.EDIT: WOW, so it’s now 7:16pm and I’m editing my review, because after leaving the store for a second time my cousin doesn’t have the proper number active on their phone. This is even after the store manager supposedly “fixed” the situation. Yet didn’t do a test phone call to make sure the right number was active on the customers phone? Now they’ll have to return to the store for a 3rd time tomorrow to get their actual number situated. Unbelievable. Only one of the 2 numbers is fixed.

Stopped in T-Mobile today and Taylor was so helpful! She wad kind and funny and got all of my problems solved without any issue! She is the best!

I would never buy anything from this store again. They have so many hidden fees and when they say you get something for free when buying something else, you're still paying for it.

I had service that was above and beyond. I upgraded my phone and Kristen set it up for me. transferred all the info from the old. I also had purchased a Google pixel watch elsewhere and she paired it w my phone. I was having trouble w it so I went back and Victoria did a factory reset. Between the two of them they spent a lot of time with me and were gracious and helpful. I also love my T mobile service. I live by the lake and it is always reliable.

My GF went in the store today (3-12-2023 @ 1300hrs) to pay her phone off and get a new one and after a long winded conversation, the employee refused to assist her with anything because he had a non-customer female in the store. Told her they didn't have a single Samsung in stock and refused to assist her in either paying her other phone off or getting a new one

They are not helpful at all and don't seem to know much. Definitely don't recommend this TMobile. I would go to the one in mentor if you need help with something.
