From the moment I met Sammie, I felt a lot more at ease. She’s an incredibly sweet woman who went out of her way to make sure all my questions were answered and my concerns addressed. Sammie genuinely cares about the people who store here, and that personal touch made all the difference for me. She’s always willing to lend a hand, and she’s as professional as she is kind. You can tell she takes a lot of pride in making sure this place runs smoothly and keeps customers happy.

The rates for the units are very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the facility. The units are spacious and well-maintained, and the entire property is kept immaculately clean. It’s clear they go above and beyond to keep the place in top shape, which really stands out compared to other storage places I’ve used.

Security is another big plus here. They have a reliable gate system, and I always feel confident that my belongings are safe. Knowing that the facility is secure really gives me peace of mind, especially when I’m driving in from Massillon to access my unit. It’s a bit of a drive from where I live now in East Canton, but it’s absolutely worth it because of the service and reliability I receive here. I’m willing to go out of my way just to stick with a place I trust, and Sammie’s outstanding service has been a huge part of that.

“I pay Lil less than $100/mo for a 7x10. It's about the size of a tiny bedroom or a walk-in closet. Just enough for what I needed (storing stuff til I move somewhere else). I wish it had A/C because it gets unbearably hot in there sometimes! But I love that it is at least kept clean and dry. It echoes in here and is usually tidy. Workers are always extremely friendly, seems a good company to work for in that they help their employees. Overall, it is a trustworthy and convenient option imo!”

“I've lived in this park for at least 6-7 years. Over the time, it's changed names, owners and managers. I have to say Ben is by far the BEST property manager we've had! He definitely makes sure the park is running normal and there's no conflict of any kind (which never is). The new owners of the park I have yet to meet personally but with the promised improvements I've been seeing, I like them already. Only problems are: we need a paved road and an a way to other side of park, without getting on main road, a kiddy park would be nice. I know in due time we'll hopefully get those improvements as well. I really really love living here. Everyone gets along, we're out own little community.”
