Outstanding service — they genuinely saved our road trip!
We were traveling through Ohio from out of state when we discovered a slit in one of our tires. After having to use the temporary spare and struggling to find someone who could get the correct replacement tire quickly, we contacted the Midas in Maineville.
They were incredibly helpful, friendly, and understanding of our situation. We explained that we were in the middle of a road trip and needed to get back on the highway to continue on to Canton, and they worked with us to get the new tire installed as quickly as possible.
What could have easily ruined an entire day of our trip turned into a relatively painless experience because of their customer service. They didn’t treat us like just another vehicle in the queue—they understood that we were traveling and did everything they could to get us safely back on the road.
Excellent customer service, fast work, and genuinely good people. If we lived in the area, this would absolutely be the shop we’d use. Thank you to the entire Maineville Midas team for taking care of us and helping keep our road trip on track!
