“Just took my 2024 Camry hybrid in due to a rattling sound coming from the back wheel well. Car is still under 20,000 miles and covered under warranty, so I initially scheduled with the Toyota dealer. The day before my appointment, I got a text notifying it would be $189.99 just took look at my car. I quickly cancelled the appointment and called R&M. They checked it out this morning for free, and as soon as I got home, Mike gave me a call to tell me it was done. Turns out, there was a rock in the suspension spring exactly where I heard the sound coming from. He took it out and didn't charge me a dime.
In 2021, I took my 2007 LEXUS RX350 with over 200,000 miles on it to the Lexus Dealer and they gave me a nearly $8,000 invoice of repairs which would've totaled the car. A client of mine recommended R&M for a second opinion. In a single day, Mike called me over to look at the issue. He pulled out a water pump that was literally crumbling in his hand (a piece literally fell off of it when he picked it up). A water pump wasn't even listed on the invoice at Lexus. Mike charged me $800 and I've been a loyal customer ever since for all of my vehicles. To this day, 5 years later, I still haven't spent that initial $8,000 in estimates the Lexus dealer gave me, and I've had a lot of work done on that LEXUS to keep it as a solid winter vehicle.

“We were in OH for a wedding and picked up a nail somewhere. Tire kept going flat so dropped it off late and used the evening drop box procedure. Jeff (Manager) called me before 8:30 AM the following morning and they had it fixed! Jeff then drove to where we were staying to pick me up! Great service!!”
