“After going to 7 tire shops and 2 dealership's I called TMPS247 and talked with Jon to make sure their sensor would work with my 2022. No one in town not even tire rack had any that would work, the dealership didn't know how long they would take to come in if I ordered them. Jon called be back a little later and was very helpful. “Maria was amazing and very funny! My wife and I were getting finger printed, but the machine was being very stubborn with reading my wife’s prints. Maria got a nail-filer and tape, then proceeded to clean/scrape my wife’s fingers to help get a better read… and it worked!! Thanks for your help, Maria :)”

“The staff is always pleasant and helpful! One day there was a question on a mailing address. The lady on staff that day used her personal cell phone to do a google search and confirm the business address. I have had other interactions like this as well.”
“I had an email showing that a package was delivered. I did not see a package. I called the Morrow Post Office and talked with Craig. After stating the tracking number, he said it was delivered to the wrong address. He said he would send someone to get it and drop it off to me. I'm not kidding 5 minutes later, there was a knock at the door and I had my package. Now that's how to correct a mistake!”

“I made a mistake and didn't use enough postage on about half of my son's graduation announcements. I realized this a few hours after I dropped them in the drop box inside the post office. I called and they pulled them out for me minutes before collection. Before I got back up there, they had weighed them and had the extra postage I needed ready to go. Amazing customer service. I doubt a larger post office would have gone to the trouble to help me out. They really saved the day!”
“Just left here. I’m not used to shipping things so I had some anxiety going in here, but the guy (I think his name was Jason) working was so nice and very helpful. I was in there less than 5 minutes and that includes shipping things out of the country. Definitely recommend!”

I have no idea where these negative reviews come from but in my personal experience the Loveland post office is a very welcoming and straightforward environment and I'm very lucky to live in a Loveland Household! “This is absolutely my favorite post office, of ANY of the post offices I have ever been in, to include other states!! It is not my closest Post Office, but I drive out of my way to go to this post office. It is very large with lots of space. The personnel are extremely helpful and patient.”
