“I can never say enough good things about Tim and his team. I have been a customer of his since he opened the shop. He is always fair honest and completely trustworthy. If he says something is wrong or needs to be replaced and what I love about him is that if something does not need fixed he tells you that as well and does not jack up the price. Recently over this Christmas my wife and I were in town visiting as we have moved away from Cincinnati area on the trip here a rattle started unexpectedly on my4Runner which Corey one of the mechanics diagnosed as a heat shield rattling. In minutes in was taken care of and fixed. He fit me in as a walk in and got me back on the road. So appreciated his team doing that for me. God bless you and everyone at Mr. Godwrench!”

“I recently had my 2011 Mercedes E350 serviced at Uro Wreks, and the experience exceeded all my expectations! They managed a comprehensive list of maintenance tasks, including changing the oil and filter, swapping out the air filter, and replacing the headlight bulbs. They also meticulously checked and replaced the spark plugs, cleaned and replaced the cabin air filter, and replaced both the transmission fluid and filter, ensuring every aspect of my car was in top shape.
What truly impressed me was their exceptional attention to detail and proactive approach. During the service, they discovered corrosion on the rear subframe and rear brake lines. Rather than merely noting the issue, they coordinated with the Mercedes dealership and successfully arranged for the parts to be replaced under an extended warranty. “Was very happy with the service I received today. As a woman you know how hard it can be to find a fair and honest auto shop. I called up to see if I could get my car in today and Chris answered the phone. I explained my dilemma to him and he was understanding and kind. I was able to get my car in at 3pm and at about 3:30pm I received a call from Chris Explaining that my back brakes and rotors needed to be replaced. I would say it was normal wear and tear, but I know better ;) and Chris and I joked about it. He said that they could probably get the work done today and if not Tomorrow at the latest. I was impressed, then the dreadful “well how much is this gonna cost” question came up. I was surprised to find that I was not going to have to pay a price so high that I felt it for the next few months. And believe me, I’ve been quoted some pretty ridiculous prices over the years with my many car repairs. I told him to go ahead and start the work and by 5 PM The work was done. I was able to go and pick up my car. I appreciated how friendly Chris was when he greeted me for the first time in person.. I’m giving a good review to this store because I believe people should know there are still decent people out there and do great work. I would recommend this place to anyone and will continue to use them for all of my auto needs as I’m sure there will be more. Thanks again Chris I appreciate you.”
“My 2006 Ford E150 work van check engine light came on. I called my favorite mechanic, and he said bring it in. Turns out it was the throttle body, got serviced, and now my van runs better than it has in months.

“I went here to have a tire rotation completed. The service was free since the tires were purchased there. They also took a look at my brakes, as they were squealing, and found nothing wrong to hinder the functioning of them. They didn't charge me for inspecting my brakes either. Very friendly and they had my car done in less than 30 minutes.”
