“My car was stranded in Lowes parking lot overnight. Called them and within 2 hours had a tow truck ready and by the time I got back to the car they pretty much were just waiting for me to start the car. Time estimate I gave them for me being there was dead on so he was just ready. On top of it just had a very pleasant man work with my extremely limited car knowledge and was in and out somewhere between 5-10 minutes.
