“4/5 Overall we had a pretty good experience with this shop. Jason was easy to reach and returned phone calls same day, he was our go to person of contact. If it wasn’t for him we would have had our vehicle taken elsewhere to be honest. Our wagoneer was in the shop for 8 weeks, we received an estimated pick up date 4 separate times and the date kept slipping. This was due to part delivery delays, headlight not programming and the business of the crew. Bakers worked directly with the insurance which was very helpful. We did get a call from the service/ sales department saying we needed tires, filters and new batteries. Batteries were covered by insurance so that was a miscommunication and an annoyance to have to go back and forth with bakers to insurance for confirmation. Upon pick up there was tape residue on the hood, a front sensor camera popped out of place and green chalk paint material on the grill. The wagoneer was also completely out of gas, due to the wreck and them test driving it. They really should have added fuel prior to our pick up, even if they charge $5 for half a gallon. The risk of breaking down added unnecessary stress. Our 28 gallon tank took 27.5 gallons of gasoline, that’s ridiculous and cuts it to close. Our left sensor also does not match the right in terms of distance detection. Jason spent about 20 minutes with us at pick up trying to fix it.
Overall we would recommend Bakers and would use them again if needed.”

“For 30 years as a AAA member, we've used Terry's towing for lockouts, replacement batteries, tire changes, fuel (not my fault the fuel gauge stuck at half tank) and of course, towing. I didn't find out until about 5 years ago that Terry's Towing also does body work. And they are awesome at it. I always go there because - 1) they make appointments and keep them. 2) they do great work. 3) they're very reasonably priced. 4) I've always gotten my car back when they said I'd get it back - always a day or two. 5) And they're just great people. Straight forward. No nonsense. You won't be disappointed.”

“Dakota and his crew were absolutely awesome to work with. I'm a contractor and couldn't afford to be out of my truck for long. He got me taken care of quickly and efficiently even with a large shipping delay (outside of his control) with the parts. Gm dealer quoted a month minimum without my truck. Dakota had it done in 5 working days. This shop is the only shop that will work on my truck. Highly recommend.”

“This was literally 23 years ago. If not more, this repair shop came in clutch. I bought an as-is car that would drive for a few miles, then stop. No one knew what was wrong, including the dealer. I even had to sue Firestone because they sold me a dead battery. Brought my new-to-me car here, and they installed a brand new for like $70. The car that was only meant to last a few months lasted for about 8 years. These are the serendipitous moments that helped me tremendously. That car was critical in me graduating osu-mansfield, in 2005.”
“$2 entry fee unless you've been in the military or are currently in the military. They printed me off the list cars and their locations. Went to the first vehicle pulled the part off I needed...was in and out of there in less 15 minutes. Saved myself $73.00!!! Friendly staff is a bonus!

Great place to get parts! Also, they have a good selection of as-is, repairable vehicles. Fell in love with a 1994 Honda Accord EX sedan with over 223.000 miles on the odometer that was in their lot. They were asking only $1.200.00 for it, so I bought it. Needed some work,but once it was fixed it was a great car. UPDATE: Had to sell the Accord back to them because it got wrecked.?. They have the highest prices paid for wrecked and junk vehicles.”

“8/24/2026- I did not have an appointment, but went into the body shop/collision center for Graham Auto mall. I had a small body panel gap that was protruding next to the headlight on my 2025 Blazer EV SS, that I purchased from a dealer in Delaware OH. I was hoping Graham can assist without making me go to Delaware. I met with the body shop manager (Brandon Lewis). He was extremely professional, going above and beyond, and fixed the body panel in about 15 mins. He then explained the collision center operations to me. I appreciates his assistance so much, I will refer everyone I know to Graham Collision center, and not the big competitor in town.”
