Thomas was incredibly helpful, and the gentleman who assisted me with choosing a mattress (I unfortunately can’t remember his name) was just as knowledgeable and friendly. They both made the entire process easy and stress-free without making me feel pressured.

“I decided to return my purchase. I was worried I was past my return window, but the customer service teammember didn't mention anything about how long ago I'd bought it. It was also a clearance item, and that wasn't an issue either. Very fast efficient and courteous. She even offered me various forms of how I received my payment back. I was surprised she offered cash when I paid with a debit card.
