We’ve been customers of Kelly Propane for the past three years, and they’ve always been an incredible company to work with. Recently, my son and daughter-in-law found themselves in a tough situation with their previous propane company.
I reached out to Dave, the general manager at Kelly Propane, and explained the situation. He quickly took action, and contacted my son and daughter-in-law and arranged for a new tank to be installed.
Kelly Propane truly went above and beyond in helping us. I can't thank them enough for their outstanding service and making sure my grandbabies weren’t left cold. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of propane services!

Kelly’s Propaane is the absolute best propane company that anyone could have hands down. We have been with them for 11 years and I would not go anywhere else. They have always understood and worked with us no matter the issue. We try to do the pre buy every year and when we do it with them we never have to call for a fill. They always anticipate our needs and come without asking. But this past week they gave us another reason to love them. It was almost 4:00 and we noticed a very strong odor of propane outside. They close at 4:00 but we called and spoke to the manager about the odor. Not very long after the call the guy shows up. It was the manager. All his other crews were on other emergency calls so he just came himself. It was pouring down outside but he did not try to rush the process. He was so thorough. He found the leak was coming from under the ground. So he ran a new line and left it on the ground so that we could still have heat. He said they would come and bury it when the ground unthawed. He also said the regulator was really old and they would replace it no charge when they came back. He was even thorough with the paperwork and walked us through everything that he did and explained all the numbers, what they were and what they are now. He made sure our furnace was working good. Then even though it was pouring he went out and dug up the area where he suspected had the leak to see if he could find what might have caused it. He repeatedly said our safety mattered first to him. You won’t regret going with Kelly’s Propane.

I wish I could give 10 stars. We have used Kelly's for the last several years and they are a top notch company from the drivers to the office workers. Sandie in the office has been so kind and easy to work with and their prices are very competitive. I love that they let you pre-buy at lower prices in summer. I would highly recommend Kelly's for your propane needs.

When we buy a country home The 1st thing we do is to call Kelly's Propane!We may install a new Propane heating system or if the place has someone else tank we replace it with a Kelly's Propane tank!Great People! Great Service! Great Company!

These guys and gals go above and beyond for their customers!! Their customer service is AWESOME, I cannot put into words how much we appreciate what they have done for us as customers. They are prompt with propane deliveries, the drivers are friendly, pricing is not bad, and their customer service is above and beyond.

I hate to even give this place one star. I called today to discuss a bill. I am frustrated as anyone would be in my situation and said a cuss word and the "customer service lady" hung up on me. I called back, she refused to let me talk to a manager or the owner. Long of the short is- A house I purchased had an empty propane take. We called got a quote- PAID IT.. then 3 months later get a bill for another $211 because THEIR delivery guy screwed up and didnt apply things correctly. So not only am I being billed for THEIR MESS UP, there is also "Finance Fees" which is a late fee because they waited to send me a bill 3 months later. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!

Phenomenal Service! I can't express how happy I am to make the switch to Kellys Propane. After being with another company for a few years I have noticed a huge difference in my service. Thanks Kellys Propane for all you do! You have a lifelong customer here!

I have never seen any thing like this in my life. First i am on disabily so the state helped me but i couldnt get no heat, after make so many calls they state found out that Kellys uses the first 4 acc. Numbers for a lot of people so it caused trouble getting it to go through. Now i got my letter but kellys still wont give me no heat untill they receive the check. And i cant even cook because my stove is gas. And on top of it all iy depends who you are because they gave my neighbor Linda Huntington her gas on credit 2 months ok and she is on the same program as me.
