oz ribeye. 5 minutes in a ripping hot cast iron pan (1 minute then flip) came out a perfect rare/medium rare. One of the best steaks I ever had. Juicy, beefy, even the fat was like butter, no gristle. Not cheap, but worth it. Wish I had taken a photo.”
