While one reviewer acknowledges they care about their cats and provide services like vaccinations, that same reviewer criticizes an older lady associated with the place for being very rude, constantly having a snotty attitude, and not providing services like spaying despite listed offerings. This experience led to a decision to never return due to the rudeness.
