Be careful there was a fraudulent account here that was scamming people. I did hear back from the main branch and it has been resolved.

They never answer the phone and when they do they don’t even say anything they just set the phone down, so we have to call Ontario normally to get ahold of the Mansfield one, there will be times where we call them 6 times in a row and still no answer

Be very careful when sending money to someone who has account with this bank, they allow scam accounts and provide no support in resolving and reporting frauds.
