“A++ customer service! I had placed an online order for a pair of guitar pickups, and ended up needing some help from Woodsy's. Long story short: in a terrible string of luck, it was the last of the pickups they had in stock, and one of the pick-ups had an issue from the manufacturer that could only be noticed after it was installed. I worked with Dom in guitars, and he was just fantastic in handling this messy situation. He made a ton of calls on my behalf working with the pick-up manufacturer to make sure I could get a replacement quickly and easily. He really went above and beyond, and I am tremendously grateful for his help! I enthusiastically recommend these folks as an option for online ordering!”

“Target in Streetsboro is our go-to location—it's close and convenient, and their selection continues to improve. We enjoy the more urban locations in the big cities, where the choice of items is better, but Streetsboro does the job for our home store!”
