These were framed documents of my grandma’s birth certificate (from the late 1800’s), her confirmation certificate and my grandparent’s marriage license. I was afraid of packing myself and was very concerned that they would get to their destination with the glass intact. The employees assured me they would take the utmost care in wrapping these to prevent any such damage and they were true to their word. The framed documents were received at their final destination unscathed. I would trust them to pack and ship anything of significant value, not just monetarily but very, very precious memories as well.”
