“There was mix up. The sender sent a letter regular mail, and the ups letter. The regular letter had the wrong zip code. He kept accusing me of not returning a signed document. It turned out that it was not the ups letter. The store manager was a real knob.”

The staff is exceptional--they always greet us warmly and are knowledgeable, polite, and patient with our questions. The staff work efficiently to process the personal items we send as well as our returns to vendors. They are simply the best at what they do. “I shipped a large picture from the Aurora location to Fort Myers, FL. I paid the extra money to have them box it up. The Aurora staff took care of it and made it to my daughter safe and sound. They went the extra mile while packaging it up to guarantee the picture wasn't damaged.”
“I've been doing business with our local Staples for many years and have always been more than satisfied with the store and staff, all top notch. My latest visit was to return 2 mice (purchased in-store on my behalf by a relative (but not what I'd asked for)), pick up the mouse I'd ordered online, and to recycle the prior mouse (now sadly expired), which all went smoothly.
But the next thing that Dee J. helped me with was above and beyond! Knowing that sometimes useable, but orphaned parts were recycled, I asked him, on a long shot, if it were possible that someone had dropped off an AC adaptor and power cord that might work for my Handycam. Sadly, the cart was empty. When I explained I'd been trying to find someone with a decent camera/smart phone to photograph my new glasses for warranty service, he stepped up, then emailed me the photo. What a lifesaver!

They don't get upset with the fact that shingles do make a mess. They remain pleasant and provide me with excellent customer service. This is a great place to go for any shipping needs. “Great staff, 5 hours early unload (appmt 0700) and they unloaded me at 0200 and took 30 minutes to get it done. If you come after hours you might have to walk around to find out. Very helpful I love places like this”
