But literally every step of the process of working with Greentec as a company, and most specifically Jared from this location, has been perfect!! Jared is super knowledgeable and kind and professional (but not in a stuffy stupid way). The battery swap was done extremely quickly and efficiently. Jared was very personable and able to answer all of my questions in a way that was easy for me to understand! Jared has my extreme respect and Greentec is clearly a very good outfit!”

“I am a student at the nearby Case Western Reserve University. My car battery recently died and I was unable to jump start it after many attempts, so I had to bike my old battery over and exchange it for a new one. I called ahead and told the technician Lavon about the trouble I was having with my car and the make and model of my car so I could get the right battery when I got there. Once I arrived, I was warmly greeted and I was helped out right away with the battery I needed. When Levon realized that I had biked all the way over to exchange the battery, he offered to drive me back as it was a very heavy battery, and it was cold and late at night. I graciously accepted and will be forever grateful for his act of kindness. I would highly recommend going here for any auto part needs; their professionalism, helpfulness, and kindness is unrivaled.”
“Awesome people here they were able to help me and when they did not have the part in they were able to get it in later during the day they helped put the windshield wiper blades on my vehicle and sometimes that can be no easy task especially since this was the first time changing them out for me on this vehicle”

“Stopped in late on a Saturday for a part. They did not have it but Edmund said he would have in for me in the morning. I came back out at noon on Sunday. Edmund was there and went to grab it from their deliveries section. It was not there. My thought was that I would just go somewhere else. Before I could even show any displeasure he said he would have it in 30 minutes. I went to the grocery store and took my time thinking it would be more than 30 minutes, but right at 30 minutes Edmund was calling to say he had it. He took it out of the box to make sure it matched up exactly. As he was ringing it up he said he was going to knock some money off for the hassle. Part was $24 and he made it $20. Them messing up the delivery was mildly frustrating, but Edmund’s response to it made the difference in customer satisfaction.”
