“I have always dreaded car shopping. When I walked into the facility I asked the young lady in the office to point us in the direction of a kind non pushy salesmen, she pointed to Bryan Hawkins. He was FABULOUS. It was the least stressful car buying process ever. I test drove two vehicles and decided on a 2021 ford expedition. I was nervous to test drive on the highway because I usually always avoid highway driving, so he kindly drove the highway portion of the test drive for me so I could see how the vehicles handled at a higher speed and accelerating. He understood that I was uncomfortable driving highway and didn’t want me to have an uncomfortable experience with his dealership. It made the buying process all that much better. Bryan was very professional and very personable, offered to get me a drink multiple times and after purchase made sure my FordPass successfully set up. Hours after I left the dealership he called to check up on me to make sure I was happy with my purchase and to make sure I knew to reach out at anytime if I need anything more.
