From start to finish, I had an excellent experience. Jack Forsythe was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and patient throughout the entire process. They didn’t have the exact car I was looking for in stock, but instead of simply telling me they couldn’t help, Jack and the team went the extra mile and found the vehicle at another dealership and had it brought to Liberty Ford Maple Heights for me. That level of effort and customer service really impressed me.
Jack took the time to answer all my questions, made sure I understood everything, and never once made me feel pressured. You can tell he genuinely cares about making sure his customers have a great experience.
