“Nicholas showed exceptional customer service when our reservation could not be honored because of lack of vehicles at this location. He directed us to a store that had vehicles. He gave us some perks which made up for some of the inconvenience. He went above and beyond with a smile. I would have given this store a 5-star rating except for the lack of vehicles and the overall experience. I would give Nicholas 6 out of 5 stars if I could.”
“Came in on a Monday to pick up the car I rented. Tamika was behind the counter. She was very professional and courteous. Unfortunately, she was the only counter rep there. The phones literally never stopped ringing. I'm glad I was the only customer there. Somehow, Tamika was able to continue answering phones and checked me out in a reasonable time.... She needs help Avis!! She was amazing. Now, the car. Usually, when renting a vehicle, it's beat. Doesn't matter what I rent. Sports car, SUV, sedan, they are always beat. Smell, wipers, etc. Always just seems like a rental.... Not this time. 2024 Mazda 7. It's nice. Smell, not bad. Even the wipers are duable..... Pleasantly surprised. First time with Avis as well. Very happy.”

“Car rental company pick up was great. Drop off at the airport was not. Was charged a $300 drop fee. When I called about dropping at the airport I wasn't told about this fee. I'm a disabled veteran and live on a fixed income.”

“My experience with Avis/Budget in Solon was very positive. This is the third time renting here in the past two months and they have taken great care of me three times in a row. My cars have all been full of gas and very clean. I needed to extend my rental agreement by one day this last time and Tamika the manager called me back and said I might as well keep the car for 2 days instead of 1 as the price would be exactly the same. I would call this excellent customer service.”
