“Such an amazing experience. I went with my adult son to buy a tuxedo for his wedding. Impeccable service. Lots of information and choices.Relaxed no pressure atmosphere.He ended up purchasing additional clothing to complete his wardrobe.As a mom I thought getting a tuxedo was going to be pretty straightforward. The two staff.members I received assistance from were fantastic! Both were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. The merchandise is outstanding, too. “My husband and I visited the store on 07/12/2023 after having just visited another local hat store that has also been around for many many years. This store is a stark contrast from our experience at the other business! Immediately, we were impressed with this store's appearance and the friendly greeting we received from Maelynn (?spelling) and one of the store owners! Maelynn was very knowledgeable about the various hat styles and was able to show us selections after my husband explained what he was looking for! He chose a hat he loves, I love it too, and love to see him in it! When we are back in our home town, we will be sure to visit them again and get hubby right!! Thanks Maelynn and team!!”

Scott and the rest of the staff at the Beachwood store were very helpful assisting me with picking out a suit based on my budget and requirements. I needed a quick turn around on the tailoring due to an unplanned family event. They were able to make this happen ahead of time and and I will always be grateful for that. The suit fit perfect and looked great on someone who rarely wears a suit and tie! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ticknor's to anyone needing a suit.”

After getting an explanation of how the store works, Ashley helped me find my size and picked out some shirts. Sure, these shirts are higher priced than something you'd get from a department store, but the shopping experience is great, the fit is perfect, and the quality of shirt is great. While I might not make it back to this store specifically, Ashley has made me a customer for life!”
