“I love Trippy's! I've been a customer for years and this store and the staff are awesome. The store is clean, organized, and well lit. Whenever I walk in I'm always greeted with a hello and a smile. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. If you need assistance they are more than willing to help. There is always something new that has been added to the shelves. I love that they offer so many varieties to fit everyone's needs. You can find a huge selection of cigars, wraps, cigarettes, and accessories. They also have lottery, snacks, drinks, gifts, and more. The prices are very responsible and good the products are good quality. I always leave feeling appreciated. Thanks guys!!”

“I was visiting OH in June from NY and I saw this shop. I just had to pull over and check it out. I would have loved to lounge but they were moving around furniture. I got a great recommendation for a dupe of a Cuban I had on vacation. I believe a guy named Max (hope that was his name) helped me out w the basics of a cigar. He even cut it for me. Very cool and kind!”
“This is a great shop. They don’t claim to be a dispensary so I had zero expectations, but they have some decent product available nonetheless, and their vape products are more affordable than most places. Also, I have no doubt that with a receipt, I wouldn’t have a problem returning something. I went in on Labor Day and the two people working were super cool and informative. Even if they were a bit more expensive, I’d probably go back for the customer serve alone, a rarity these days.
Also, People posting one-star reviews because they’re uninformed isn’t cool or very ‘hippy-ish’ at all.

“This was a really nice cigar lounge that also sold tobacco pipes and a bunch of different types of tobacco’s both bulk and the fancy pants tins, the fellows that helped me out were very knowledgeable and very cool, me being a slightly new tobacco pipe smoker gave me their honest opinions on what would be good and what to possibly stay away from, like the really strong tobacco’s that most new smokers probably wouldn’t enjoy, Port Royal cigar shop what a great little shop in Toledo, Ohio, where in my opinion head no competition in the area, kind of sad that pipe and cigar shops are getting fewer and fewer and harder to find so Port Royal was a definite breath of fresh air or tobacco air whichever you choose, thank you staff at Port Royal. You guys were great, highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for cigars pipes, and tobacco‘s.”

“This place apparently started after I left Cleveland and because of COVOD 19. A nice collection of stick and ample seating, There is even an outdoor space in the back. Too bad no-one takes care of it, the outdoor space. It wouldn't take much at all to ready it for outdoor enjoyment.”

“What an awesome find! A pretty excellent selection. Cigars are humidified very well and smoke easy. I love finding local spots during my travels. The outdoor seating in the back is lovely. You’re surrounded by trees and small pebble rocks at your feet. Definitely coming back and definitely recommend.”

“I'm only giving this place 5 stars due to the male manager because he fixed my problem for me I sadly didn't catch his name but the women staff member there with blonde hair gave me terrible service I brought a vape in the 10$ discount area like I tend to do when I'm on a budget but this time I chose a different brand and it's was terrible the flavor sucked n already tasted old which the worker proceeds to tell me she cannot refund unless it's a technical problem which is understandable flavor wise but it also was also a air flow problem which I brought up to her where she continues to blow off the air flow problem and says if it's a flavor thing she can't help.. The vape was terrible and at that point I felt like I was arguing with a brick wall and left out but came back the next day because they air flow problem was so terrible! But going back the next day I met one of the managers that was working he was a male I think with a beard hes pretty chill you'll know him when you meet him - but he was able to fix my problem he was so nice about it and made me want to actually come back and I was able to exchange my vape for a better one!! Loved that guy!”
