“I've used their SPOT clinic and cremation services and have always had pretty good experiences with them. When I have cremations done, they are usually done in a timely manner. We've mostly had cats cremated at HSOP and it's about $50.
As for the SPOT clinic, they did fine for my male dog when he got neutered. They were really sweet to him, in fact, they honestly adored him. Also, they were reasonably priced, I believe I paid like $50 and a deposit of $30 for that appointment and in addition to the neuter, he got a nail trim and microchip.”

“Love the store, clean, organized, inventory is great, staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Would have given 5 stars but store does not open till 10 am. Some like to get errands run early. But otherwise, highly recommend”
