“Employees here go above and beyond for their customers. I ordered dog food and cat food to be delivered today and the dasher delivered to the wrong address so I had to go into the store to figure out what my options were because DoorDash was not able to help me since I ordered through the petsmart app. The employees listened to my problem and helped me. I am beyond grateful. I wish I got the names of the lovely lady and gentleman this evening that helped me!”
