I went into the store to return my internet modem after receiving a new one via UPS. The process was very smooth, and very quick. I was also provided a new remote for my DVR as the old one was starting to fail. The staff at this location is very nice and very quick.

Had I gone to this store, before calling in to cancel, I may have stayed. Great experience. Can't say the same about spectrum 800 service.
