“I bought yellow diamond earrings from them as a gift for Christmas. Shortly after, one of the earrings broke and fell out, causing us to lose the stud. I called about the loss and was directed to mail in the remaining jewelry. They were able to order in a new pair and make the other stud into a pendant. My girlfriend was extremely happy and I am so pleased with their customer service and staff's professionalism.”
